Login troubleshooting guide
If you are unable to log in or would like to change any of your details, follow the simple troubleshooting steps below.
Forgot your login details?
If you’ve forgotten your username or need to reset your password, you can do so here.
Need to change your username or password?
To update your username or password, please:
1. Log in to your My IG dashboard via a web or mobile browser (not the app)
2. Go to ‘settings’
3. Click on ‘username & password’
Still unable to log in?
If you still cannot login after attempting the above, your account may be locked. Please email us at helpdesk.uk@ig.com from your registered email address with the following details for further assistance:
- Account number/username
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Address and postcode
- Contact number
- Account balance
- Market last traded
